Lightbulb Courier Laptop Strap keeps twisting

Might I suggest a heavier weight strap for the Courier Laptop bag 7458. Hate to make a comparison, but TUMI uses a heavier guage nylon web strap that resists the curling/twisting of the Courier laptop. Also, the inner small pockets are great, but if they are set to open at the top of the bag, it will minimized them getting caught as files, etc. are put into the briefcase. Otherwise, fabulous product. Despite a few bumps and a tumble or two, the suspension system has protected the laptop perfectly.

That's a good suggestion. A lot of people love the Courier, but the shoulder strap is a feature of the bag that customers often suggest should be improved.

The Courier is made by Trager, not by us. I've forwarded your comments on to Trager.
