Any chance Tom Bihn might come out with an insulated lunch cooler for their bags? I think that there's definitely a market for it - making use of the O-Rings for Rails would really be something awesome!
What do you guys use today?

I can't answer your cooler question, but Welcome mattfromindiana! I'm up in the Lebanon area...
When I pack a lunch, I use one of these.
The square flat-ish shape fits nicely in my Co-Pilot, Ristretto, and/or Medium Cafe Bag.
Of course, now that we're well into summer, I'm lovin' my Pop Tote for also carrying a sweater tucked inside one of those side pocket packing cubes for my A45. That thing is a cavern, so the glass lunch box fits inside too.

I'm also looking for the perfect small cooler insert solution! I want TB to make one that would be simple and perfectly modular like everything else.![]()

That's a link to pics of one solution I've used using an insulated (not leakproof) cooler and a Travel Tray. I gradually simplified and just carried a couple of the thin, square cold packs in the TT without the cooler since I only had a 30 min commute, then had access to a fridge. The link in that post goes back to an older post showing how Amy used the SOS coolers in a Smart Alec.
