Side effect fit in bottom of A45 packing cube backpack?

Hi all, does anyone know whether the Side Effect fits well in the bottom compartment of the Aeronaut 45 Packing Cube Backpack?
I can't work out from the quoted dimensions for the PCBP whether or not it would work.

Yes, it will fit with room to spare, even if the Padded Hip belt is attached, and there will be room left width-wise for a few Cubelets.
