View Full Version : How well does the Packing Cube Backpack Aeronaut 45 w/ A30?

Stupid question, but I figure I'd ask.

I have an A30, which I love. When I single-bag it, I usually put my laptop in a sleeve, and that sleeve the last item to be put into the main section of the A30. This gives me quick access to my laptop in an airplane, etc.

When I get to my destination, I'd like to strap the laptop sleeve across my back, but not carry the A30 around. Enter the PCP45! Being that it is unstructured, it would be an excellent way to have a backpack inside a backpack.

So, PCP45 is compelling, as is PCP Tristar. I would use it to pack during transit.

Any thoughts, inputs, ideas, on which one makes more sense? I would probably carry a few more items, like a notebook, and perhaps a jacket.

Am I thinking this through correctly?

Great question.

Well, up until Wednesday, I was using a Macbook Air 11", but I upgraded to the spiffy new Macbook 12". :D

Dimensions are 11.04"x7.74". I wonder if these dimensions, fit the PCP45's main compartment.
