Hi all. I just purchased the Synapse 25 and will be using it everyday for work (I'm a teacher and coach) and also for travel. I was looking for some suggestions for accessories that pair well with the Synapse (which bags, packing cubes etc). Thanks
Welcome!

Accessories for the Synapse 25

I have an old S25 and got a bunch of stuff sacks. The #2 fits well in the side pockets, and the 4 fits in the lower pocket. BUT... I would advise against it. The stuff sacks didn't add much organization for me and weren't ideal.
I LOVE the snake charmer for the lower pocket, it fit perfectly. And the large organization pouch is perfect for loose papers and notebooks.
My $.02.

The bottom pocket will fit a Side Effect very well, which many use as a purse or essentials bag inside a bag. A Side Kick also fits in the bottom pocket, but it shouldn't be stuffed full and it also fits better of both it and the S25 are both in Halcyon fabric.
The Yarn Stuff Sacks are a good alternative to the Travel Stuff Sacks, because they are in slightly different sizes, are a bit rounder in shape, and they have a clip on them (two, actually). In winter I like a medium Yarn Stuff Sack in the bottom pocket for hats and mittens.
Oh, and all accounts suggest that the optional internal frame makes an enormous different to carrying oddly-shaped or heavy loads.
Hope this helps. Send pics when you get it set up!

If I were you, I'd get a big packing cube. You could probably swing a large Aeronaut 30 cube, or just take a bunch of wool sweaters (or whatever) and your Synapse to REI and test cubes they have, which are generally great quality.
Other than that and maybe a laptop sleeve/cache, I don't really think you need a lot of accessories on a Synapse because the built-in organization pockets are pretty good.

I sent an email last night, as I would like to get another. They weren't retired and should be back in stock after a production run.

The frame sheet for sure, I also use a packing cube side bag in the main compartment for clothes and small stuff sack (for laundry), small travel tray for the bits and bobs. I use an eagle creek pack-it-sack for toiletries and a small pouch for tea things in the lower front pocket. I do have an A30 packing cube backpack but I use that as an EDC for work, I never really pack enough clothes to need anything more than the cube. However if I were to do another 5 week European trip I would. Oh and key straps for everything and the jacket/pillow case thingy.
