The last post is more than a month old, I just want to make sure Darcy and the whole Crew know how impressive the remodel is.

I don't want to come off as one of the internet "soapbox people", but perhaps you can reconsider the type of snacks you plan to offer. As the father to an extremely nut-allergic child I cringe a bit when I see nut products being considered. While my son is very careful and avoids home baked goods since they may contain nuts or have had cross contact with nuts, he can't avoid fingerprints (with traces of nut proteins) from someone who ate a hazelnut biscotti and then handled a bag or touched a display fixture. Even this type of contact can trigger a severe anaphylactic reaction. Thanks so much for listening!
@giantsteve When I originally read your post, I was 1) Thankful to you for enlightening us re: nut allergies and 2) all like "Ack!! I don't know how to make cookies that are gluten-free and vegan and don't have nuts!"

Thanks to you, we've come up with our very own cookie recipe that's nut-free, gluten-free, vegan and way, way tastier than the previous recipe I used. Here it is!

Tom's experimenting with a nut-free biscotti recipe; when he perfects it, we'll post that too.
Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)

@Darcy You guys are the best. The dialogue and respect Tom Bihn has with its customers is nothing short of amazing. That, and incredible products, should be incorporated into a business school case study on how to create customers for life!

Exactly! When I read @Darcy's post, I thought, 'aha! THIS is exemplifies why I've come to appreciate the Tom Bihn company so deeply in a few short months. It's not only the terrific products; it's also that the company and its customers comprise a community, a community marked by compassion and respect all around.
