I finally ordered my large cafe bag. This proves two things: I had this idea longer ago than I thought and I move slowly. This is the third Tom Bihn bag (for myself, I've given two others as gifts). I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Maverick and Just for the pictures and assistance. You are a tremendous asset to the community.
Now to go obsessively wait for the shipping notification and then obsessively reload the UPS tracking page.
I think I like your Imago better than mine. I went with the blue/red combo from the website thinking it would blend in best (or not stick out) but yours looks much nicer.
Thanks! And here I was thinking that if I got a second Imago, I'd go with the Navy/Red combo!

Yeah, I actually use all of those bags. The Brain Cell, the Zephyr, and the Aeronaut have not seen as much use, since BC) not carrying my laptop many places nowadays, Z) found that the job didn't require quite that much bag, or more than, and A) I really need to travel more often.
Bags like the Imago and the Aeronaut showed up funky in the pic, because the sides seemed to cave in, or something on the front, making them look shorter in that one dimension.
I tried to take the picture from straight up above, to get a more accurate size assessment. So hopefully they are.
Do you actually use all of those bags?
It really helps to see them together to get a sense of size. Since I have several of the bags I can see how the sizes compare. The imago looks so small in your picture compared to the other bags.
Any chance you could toss the brain bag in a shot with the imago, one of the cafe bags, and the aeronaut?
And as long as I'm being demanding, how well would one of the cafe bags or imago fit in the brain bag? I'm thinking of using a smaller bag such as a cafe or the imago to hold my "dailys" and being able to fit it into one of the compartments of the brain bag would make it really easy to carry everything on those days where i need the full-gear load.
=D No prob, amw... I'll have the Brain Bag pics around Thanksgiving time (this Thursday or Friday), but yes - I've put my cafe bags into the Brain Bag with no problem. I don't think I've tried the Large or the Imago, but definitely the Medium and Small Cafe bags fit great inside one of the main compartments. I've used it for just the purpose you described, actually.
Darcy, as Just has demonstrated, you might think about adding group
pictures of TB gear to your website by product category (guide bags,
backpacks, and so on).
The pictures are great, and group product pictures are have been on our list for a while in addition to short videos that show how to add/remove waist straps, clip Brain Cells in and out, etc., and more pictures of bags on people.

This would give potential customers additional perspectives on the
various TB product alternatives.
Wow, that's a simply awesome collection of bags Just!
Thanks a ton of the picture!

Okay, I tried my best... the very edge of the Zephyr is cut off at the bottom, but that was the best photo in the bunch.
Freudian Slip, Large, Medium, Small Cafe Bags.
Next row: Cordura Imago, Clear Quarter Packing Cube, Small Cork Organizer Pouch, Aeronaut.
Third row: Ego, Zephyr, Brain Cell Size 4.
Don't have an ID yet, sorry! I can switch out bags for comparison's sake if you want... also have Buzz (old and new), Smart Alec, Brain Bag is in the office, etc.
And please ignore the feet of various furniture in the corners of the pic!!! =D
P.S. I'm just waiting for Just to whip out images of her collection (grin) to fill out the line with the Brain Bag, Imago, multiple size Cafe Bags, Aeronaut, Zephyr, and yadayadayada . . .
ROFLMAO! I may have the bags, but do I have the space (to lay them all out)??? We'll see!
This is great- what a collection. The smart alec doesn't look that large in this picture. Does it have a holder for waterbottles- I'm a broken record.
The Smart Alec actually has two side pockets that can each hold a water bottle. I wasn't able to find a good picture of this, because these are really designed so that items in the side pockets don't fall out. The mouseover of view b shows this a little, and the product description says:
The side pockets are a great place to store your 1 liter or smaller water bottle.
The Gadgeteer reviews usually have good pictures, but don't really show this up.
