After reading the post on trying to go more green I realized that I use zip loc bags a bit too much. One such use is to store dog treats in when I go to the dog park with Georgia. The zip loc goes into the Imago btw. Now I can reuse the zip loc but eventually they rip and I have to replace them so I was trying to think of an alternative when the organizer pouches came to mind. I have a few but I have the ones with the clear side. For this case I would most likely get the cordura pouch. My biggest concern is washing it. It seems like the cordura material is made to resist stains and such so I don't know how it would handle being put into the washer every so often.

Washing the Organizer pouches

We don't recommend putting Organizer Pouches in the washing machine. (Tough on the zippers.) See our care instructions.
Try putting the pouch in your sink full of water/soap after you wash dishes, then let it dry on the dish rack.Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)

Cordura+Dog Treats=Smelly
I don't recommend using any unlined cordura pouch for dog treats, especially if home-made with liver or other meats, like hot dogs. You can wash them all you want, but the smell will remain after constant use! Also, the slightly rough fabric may hold bacteria. That might lead to a sick pooch over the long-term.
Unless you have a very small dog, I'd use one of the dyneema stuff sacks (the yarn bags). Dyneema doesn't hold smells like the cordura, and washes up in a jiffy. You might try one of the organizer pouches in the clear/dyneema (not the mini-you need to get inside and wash out the corners very well) if the stuff sack is just w-a-a-y too big. Just don't get a cordura/clear bag, or you'll end up with the same problem.
Or try the clear quarter packing cube. You could hold treats on one side, and a dog toy or leash/poop bags in the other.
