Seattle Store

Hi Darcy, I never seem to be in the area when the Seattle store is open, but I will make the trek some weekday.
I was on First Ave S. tonight and was looking for the store. Are you on the second floor of the building that Outdoor Research is in?
I would like to take a quick tour when I do visit. What hours is that possible?

Hi Greg!

We are on the second floor of the Outdoor Research building. Come in through the first floor and then take the elevator up to the second floor. The elevator doors will open and you'll see the retail store straight ahead of you and the factory to your left.

We are open Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm, but we're sometimes here earlier or later than that, so be sure to give us a call (206-652-4123) before you come by.

It's definitely worth the call. There have been times when I've needed to swing past to get a last minute gift (yes, sometimes it's for myself!) and thought I wouldn't make it downtown before 4pm.

Luckily, Josh and Darcy, both with excellent eyes toward customer service, have been able to accommodate me. Sometimes I find myself reaching for the phone on a Saturday...
