ETA - be sure to specify the fabric, not just the color... Island for instance comes in 210d ballistic as well as 200d halcyon (the type with the white grid lines).. there's also an Island aether used for packing cubes
The product page descriptions tell you the colour & material weight/type for the bags offered.
Depending on where you're located, you could also stop by the Seattle store, see if someone in your area is willing to meet up somewhere in public, or order bag(s) to test pack (see the FAQ for how to, cheapest if you're in the US) and play with them yourself.
Some folks have ordered small accessories (pouches, etc) to get an idea of colours/fabrics prior to committing to a larger more expensive bag.
The organizer pouches and the Cubelets are relatively affordable for that type of experiment.
