Brain Bag mesh fabric on padding against back

Can anyone tell me if they are having any signs of wear on their fabric, I am experiencing fuzzing and pilling on mine after 18 months of use. The rest of the bag looks as good as new though.

Does anyone even know if the padding can be replaced if it's sent in for repair?

    Thanks,

This is the first time we've heard of something like this. Can you contact us directly at inquiries at tombihn.com? Emailing a picture to that address would be very helpful. Thank you!
Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)

I have to say after 8 years, there's never been any fuzzing or piling on my Brain Bag mesh back, and I've used it almost every working day. Do you rest it against something that has a very coarse texture?

        Darcy,

I will send the e-mail and some pictures the first chance I get. I am currently on vacation though I do have the bag with me. The bag was great,...it fit my Inspiron E1405 & an IBM T43.

        Ozone,

I put the bag on & the area in question sits in the small of my back. I use both straps 90% of the time and the bag sits on chairs and counter. I treat the bag well, the bottom of the bag never meets concrete. It could be just wear and tear because I was looking closely at the bag again the other day & noticed that the straps that compress the front compartment has cause some thread to wear out from abrasion.

If it can be fixed, I will send it in if not, I will probably purchase another one. At least I won't have to buy the accessories.
