    Searching for a case

    Hi,

I'm looking for something to carry a Wacom Intuos3 6x11 Tablet.

Here's the dimensions of the thing.
    Tablet Dimensions: 16.5" x 10.3" x .6"

I already have a Brain Bag, Freudian Slip and Brain Cell. (Though, I'll need a new Brain cell later.)

I was looking at the Soft Cell, but wasn't sure what would fit it best.

    Thanks!

I love these bags. They're the best.

hmmm - i think that the Size 2XL Horizontal Soft Cell will fit the bill. the interior is described as having dimensions: 16.5 × 11.3 × 2.1 inches (418 × 288 × 54 mm).

Have you tried slipping it into the pocket of the Freudian Slip?
Inside another bag,I would think that would work for protection if it fits.

I just use the case that Wacom makes for it and put it inside an Imago. Works fine, though I don't do it very often since I rarely take my tablet out and about.

I doubt if it would fit in a Ristretto because the actual dimensions of the 6 x 11 tablet are wider than the MBA. (There's a frame around the inner tablet that adds ~3 inches on three sides and ~1 inch on the top, plus room for the USB cord that sticks out (and is not removeable). This is for a Wacom Intuos 3 PTZ-630, so other models may have different sizes.)

Heh. Yea. Thanks everyone! That Ristretto looks really nice. I like it.

Actually, I'm using AVService's advice for now as it surprisingly fits perfectly in the last part of the Freudian Slip. Doesn't provide as much protection as I would like though. I may look into getting the Wacom travel bag, but I like the Tom Bihn bags so much more.
