    mini-Absolute Shoulder Strap?

    hi folks,

i really like the absolute shoulder strap! not only is it super comfortable, but the stretch control is great also. plus, i like the fact that the absolute shoulder strap doesn't slip around.

while you don't may not put the weight in a small or medium cafe bag that would warrant the absolute shoulder strap, i would like the comfort that this strap provides if there was a mini version of it.

this mini-absolute shoulder strap may suffice for other bags as well - like the large cafe bag or the ristretto.

could we build a smaller, skinnier version of the absolute shoulder strap?

is this something you would be inclined to select as an option for your bags?

    thanks!

A number of camera straps now use this sort of material, but have extra thin straps.

    It should be doable.

I tend to overstuff my Medium Cafe Bag, and it would be awesome if even just the regular absolute shoulder strap was an option for the MCB, and even the Small!!

        I second that.

My Large Cafe Bags have Absolute Shoulder Straps, even filled to the brim,
the comfort the straps offer is absolutely fabulous.

I recently ordered a Mini Cafe Bag for those time when I only need the essentials in a light weight package. (the color is great and the bag is cute too)

But, I miss the comfort of the Absolute Shoulder Strap. I would love a Mini Absolute Shoulder Strap as well,it would also be great if it was removable. (It could also be offered/used for the Shoulder Bag/Packing cube)

When travel involves flying, the large Cafe Bag, Imago and other TB bags are great personal items. The Large Cafe Bag, Imago, ID are also great for sightseeing and so are the Shoulder Bag and Backpack Packing Cubes.

But... for a night on the town nothing else but the Small Cafe Bag or his much anticipated little brother, the Mini, will do.
It is the perfect accessory for nice restaurants, dancing, etc...

We could pack only one strap, the Thin Absolute Shoulder Strap secured with clips, it would be used for the Packing Cube Shoulder Bag and a couple of Small or Mini Cafe Bags, thus, lightening the load.

The Mini Cafe Bags, just like the Shoulder Bag Packing Cube could double as organizing tools within the Carryons.

        I know, we are spoiled!

Is it possible to alter these straps so they adjust to shorter lengths. I love the ultimate strap, but I'm 5'2" and the bag my aeronaut nearly drags on the ground...well, it's certainly below my knees.
          Aren't we shorties trouble?
Proud hoarder of TB: aeronaut, utility tote, swift, small cafe bag, shop bag, passport pouch, countless organizer pouches, organizer wallet, yarn sacks & a few other odds & ends.
Because my TB craving exceeds my bag needs, gifted TB items: a smart alec, swift, little swift, & small cafe bag.

            hi!

by ultimate, am i wrong in guessing that you mean the absolute shoulder strap?

the absolute shoulder strap can be shortened. or do you find it long at its shortest?

The Absolute Strap is adjustable down to about 20". Do you need it to be shorter than that?
Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)
