marytattoo: are you saying you'd prefear orange 152 over BO? I cant help you there. Both are not my kind of color. But the orange 152 is a cordura and therefore will not be available in a Pilot -> Balistic or Dyneema.

Ha ha! You're lucky you only heard me 'squeak' and didn't have to witness the Happy dance

        Bummer!

Darcy: whenever you launch another bag in Burend Orange (say a Nightflight Travel Duffel) give me a heads up, so that I can fly over to see her happy dance. I might even take some pictures.

Yeah - I'm not up on all of the colors only in certain fabrics.

As for linen, don't people worry about dirt?

Nope. Linen doesn't show dirt unless you really kick the bag around, put it on the floor, etc.

I did think about that but, in the end, so what? It's a bag and ultimately I think of a bag the same way I think of a pocketknife or a flashlight. I buy it as a tool to do a job.

Jujigatame some weeks ago someone saw me take out my Mnandi out of my SE to cut open a box.he was all about: what? You use it for that?
Of cause I do: it is a small knife that fits well into my SE and it does the job. What else would I want to have it for?

Have fun with your new bag, and when time allows let us see some more of your great pictures :-).

I just googled Mnandi and I am suddenly grateful that my husband hasn't seen those. Right now his wish list is topping out at a $200 Benchmade.

My husband got himself a Chris Reeve knife to celebrate a work milestone. It is his favorite that he carries all the time, even though it is the most expensive and hardest to replace if lost.

Geez, if I'm out and need to open a box. I use one of my keys. 👍

I do not like all of his knifes but my very little one I like a lot.

So, I have a huge order coming Wednesday. I think me credit cards are melted. It's actually a combined triple order. A lot of pouches. And, a SCB in orange 152, a LCB in azure/olive, a PCSB in UV. Just for the color, 2 kiwi luggage tags.

I've got some return credits coming, and will use some to order the FJ/accessories. THEN I'M DONE. I've spent sooooooo much $ in only a month. I've not even used it all yet but can't wait. Don't know where I can post some TB used purchases, but I really got some goodies!

ETA: bummer. Woman who was selling me stuff changed her mind.

Got the shipping notice for my small cafe bag today. Hoping for the end of the week as it's coming cross country.

@Ilkyway - To my mind the Mnandi is probably the best gent's knife (small, refined, high quality, capable) among factory made pieces. It's one I wish I had been able to hold on to.

@binje - I would be happy to send your husband a link to the Chris Reeve site and tell him how nice the knives are.
