TB Anticipation Syndrome

OH the AGONY!!! I just hit enter but I'm already looking out the window with anticipation!! Last week I placed an order for a Luminary in Olive and fell in love with the color but not 100% thrilled on the size. It's a great little bag and will be used but not for what I wanted it to be. My partner was pretty shocked when I unzipped it and it wasn't lined in UV. She assumed I was ordering myself an S19 in Olive/UV so she might finally receive my older and much loved Black Halcyon/NWS that she's been eyeing for quite some time now. We both stood there silent and confused. Why didn't I order the S19? I realized I had talked myself out of it since I already had one but in reality that was what my heart was set on getting.
Cut to me finally realizing that life is too short not to buy the bag, ordering it AND paying a ridiculous amount in shipping just so I can caress it sooner.. I am so glad this forum exists because it feels better knowing I'm not alone in my agony and that the wait is real man..the wait is real..
On another note, at the last moment before I finalized my order a rouge SK (also in Olive cause it's the first color besides black I've fallen for on an exterior and it's going away...*throws tantrum here* why didn't I order the SCB in olive instead of black??.. so yeah..) happened to find its pretty little self added to my cart. Love the 525 to death but it was a little snug for my SE EDC needs so maybe the extra real estate in the SK will be the right fit. So now my waiting begins. Waiting for my Travel Cubelet in Dawn to arrive. It's supposed to be delivered to my office tomorrow, but given that it's the day before Thanksgiving (DOH!) and the mailroom staff may be pretty thin, I may not actually get it until after the Thanksgiving holiday. Oh, the torture!

Wife (who initially didn’t like TB stuff) is now so looking forward to the package on Monday containing her Halcyon Side Kick and Mars Red travel cubelet. Can’t wait!

Less than 24 hours until the Pop Tote is available! I am particularly excited because an extremely inconvenient work schedule for this week has the unexpected benefit of causing me to travel right past the TB store shortly after the Pop Tote becomes available, so I get to not only pick up my PT in store, but make my first store visit in quite a long time!

I will be right in the middle of a meeting at this time. Luckily I work from home, and am not normally on a web cam. I will move my personal computer (which will be all queued up) next to my work computer so that when someone goes on and on about something, I can quickly hit some button while they drone.

I'm so weak. Just purchased the Luminary and a Dawn Cubelet. Hope this bag can replace my Jansport Half Pint because I need that perfect EDC bag that is not huge (ie Brain Bag, Smart Alec), not flimsy (DLBP) but not too small.

Just placed an order for a Pop Tote in Olive 525 Ballistic. Contemplated getting the MCB Freudian Slip to go with, after seeing how nicely it fits into the PT, but decided to just see how it goes with the bag as-is. Now the wait begins.

I bet you will love it! It's the most amazing backpack I've ever worn -- that includes the rest of the Tom Bihn lineup.

Let the waiting begin. Happy 'new release' day everyone!! I hope everyone is able to get their wish list items today. I cannot wait to see everyone's upcoming photos of new bags. Even though my order will deliver in 3 days, I have to wait until Dec. 9th to see me order. My husband will bring it back from a work trip. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas all over again!

I just placed my order, but not for the new items. I’m currently anticipating the arrival of a Black/NW Sky Smart Alec and a Steel/Wasabi CoPilot plus a couple of key straps. All of these will be Christmas gifts. There are going to be some happy people in our home in about a month!

Well, got my order placed for an Alphaviolet Pop Tote and GES25 in Black.

Unfortunately I had meant to order Mars Red and had accidentally deleted the wrong one from my cart! Hopefully they see my email and can make the change!

Also very excited for my Deep Blue Pop Tote and Burnt Orange SE to arrive! I'm being good and only getting one tote for now but next round, it'll be between Alphaviolet and Mars Red. ^_^
