As a followup to the most crestfallen anticipation ever, UPS just came back from their investigation that they can't deliver (I assume that's their way of saying they lost it) =(. Two YDs (verde mini and small) and forest masks go bye-bye *cries in a corner*

Maybe one day, the package will wander back to you... I have had 'lost' packages show up months later, battered, with unknown stories to tell....“Them as can do has to do for them as can't. And someone has to speak up for them as has no voices.”

Just placed my first order, and I got the syndrome bad!
Kat in Shipping was exceptionally nice and pleasant to deal with, when I did the math and realized my order might not arrive in time for a trip next week. The next morning I emailed and she set me up with 3-Day Select shipping.
It's for a rare un-cancelled work trip...I was thinking of ordering an A45 back in March for this and other trips and then things went all wacky. We're back on, so now I can re-justify this expense. And extra shipping is still way cheaper than getting hit with an extra checked bag charge.

Congrats on the new bag - hopefully you do some packouts and share with us“Them as can do has to do for them as can't. And someone has to speak up for them as has no voices.”

I'm so sorry. I do hope they turn up eventually. I ordered something from an outdoor retailer once, it went missing, they refunded me and then it turned up weeks later.

Got my stuff today! Everything looks great. I eagerly installed the waist belt, internal frame, and zipper pulls on my new Aeronaut. Looks great, feels comfortable, though it seems I should have ordered some Strap Keepers. An excuse for another order.
First impression is that the A45 looks...small, believe it or not, but I'm coming from a huge 85L and then a "pared down" 65L bag, so it will take me a bit of adjusting. Will post my packing attempts in the next few days.

I'm looking forward to your test packs, especially since you're sizing down so much - it will be neat to see how you tetris things in and what you decide to prioritize.“Them as can do has to do for them as can't. And someone has to speak up for them as has no voices.”

And... we actually ran out (or are about to run out) of the stickers! We *were* thinking of a new sticker design, but along the lines of reducing paper/waste (part of our environmental goals) we're thinking we could ask one of the talented artists we work with to come up with some original art that would be included as a download link in the order confirmation receipt. You'd be able to download the art and use it as a desktop background or even print it out if you'd like. What do you guys think?Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)
