Besides a whole mess of Shop Bags, I finally settled on the MCB in Olive/Cloud and the LCB in Ursa/Dawn.

I'm really not sure if the LCB will ever work for me, but it seems like a good time to check it out in person... and if the Maker's Bags come back in stock on the right timing, I want to compare that to the LCB, since I've never seen either of them IRL.

I also ordered an Ursa/Dawn LCB (surprise surprise), plus a second one in Aubergine. And an Ursa/Dawn MCB. I was hesitating on the Aubergine LCB, but I'm pretty sure I will like the LCB as much as my other Café bags, so having two to switch colors will be nice. This means three new Café bags and I'm only selling one. My collection keeps growing.

For UK customers...when you order with UPS, when do you normally pay customs? I thought I'd get an email asking me to pay before it got to the UK, but I just noticed it reached Stansted, GB. Any chance I'll get this item tomorrow!? (It's 920pm on Thursday evening - normally I think it would be possible but given I haven't paid any customs...)

I was mighty tempted by Ursa/Dawn, but CBs aren't really my thing. However, I saw that the MB will be restocked in Ursa/Dawn soon and I'm a super happy camper now! (I picked up plenty of other things in the last pre-order, never fear.)

I’m really curious to learn your impressions about Original Halcyon, especially in light of how much you liked your Daylight Backpack in 400d Taiga. I use the Side Kick in 400d Black Halcyon/Island; that was the Halcyon option that was first available when the Side Kick debuted. I do have a Side Kick in Original Halcyon — they agreed to do a release in this material while original Halcyon was still available, but it was a few years before that option appeared.

OH looks sharp & it's such a unique fabric you can't find with other bag makers. It a fabric color I fell in love with recently watching old youtube review videos and forum posts. I also wanted some OH items before it gets retired. Speaking of which, is OH still in consideration to be retired? I remember reading that on the forums dating back to 2019...

Does anyone remember what the expected ship dates were for the most recent Cafe Bag preorder? Has anyone received their preorder yet? Just curious since I honestly cant remember what the quoted ETA was and the website doesn’t show it anymore. Thanks!
