So the Bantams and a few other small things (like the Dusk PCSB which is lovely but I'm keeping the Moss instead since Cobalt seems to satisfy my solid blue preference plus I have quite a few halcyon ones) are on their way back to the Mothership today and a Paragon in Original Halcyon is on its way to me.

That's the last remaining 400d item available that's been on my wish list. I have the Taiga/Taiga Paragon courtesy of TB (which I really like), so this will be a backup and may live in my car for somewhat spontaneous use.

I do have a Paramour which adds that useful front pocket, but I like the minimal vibe of the Paragon and much prefer it to the DLBP for packing flat inside another bag for some trips.

Now I'm just waiting for the surprise 400d item that MikeV mentioned.

Looks like Paramours and Paradigms restocked, along with Le Petit Derriere...and the HLTs, including Wasabi in the HLT1.... more LTTs (which seem to do rolling restocks anyway) and maybe some other bits and pieces

I asked about the Zest Cubelet showing 'In Production' and Kat said that their reorder supply of Zest arrived earlier than expected, so it will be showing up in more things like the Clear 3DOC, TSS, and as linings over the next weeks.

They could and may again at some point.

A couple years ago they said they were going with Island and Northwest Sky as the ongoing 200d halcyon colours with other colours (either new or returning) rotating in and out. There's a limit on how many options they have resources to juggle I assume.

Every Halcyon color option has to be custom ordered, and there has to be a minimum size order that has to be bank-rolled for that to be done. Just because they can develop new colors (and it typically took some years of pre-planning to experiment with new color options), doesn't mean that it is economically feasible for them to do so and keep them in stock for years in advance. The Halcyon colors that they did develop were generally introduced with an eye to making good color combinations with the Ballistic Nylon exteriors that were also custom-developed. Before 2011, when they were significantly smaller, most forum members can tell you exactly when each new color debuted. They have been trying to balance the resources for making great new color combinations (like Açai), against custom producing older, popular colors.

Did you see that the oNordic and Original have red for the side o-rings attachments and the Steel has grey vs the two X-Pac have black? Interesting tie-in to the label colours.

And the Travel Stuff Sacks are showing Marigold, Moss, Dusk, and Wasabi as In Production.

Looks like they restocked the Yeoman Duffel and Old School Carry All too at some point.

I like these "quiet" restocks better than the announced "drops" that were done in the last couple of years. It's probably just my sentimentality at play here because back when I got into TB in 2017, I enjoyed leisurely browsing the site and finding these little surprises every now and then. The "drops" curtailed that enjoyment.

That was the first thing that jumped right at me. Wish it was all black. The red just makes it too visually cluttered for me.

I can see that. My first impression ended up being opposite that, in that I thought it balanced the label and made it feel more cohesive, but I withhold judgement either way until I see them in person. It's fun to see the what I presume are remnants and leftovers being used up instead of languishing on a shelf somewhere.

Too bad that they're using the last Nordic on a new bag and not a tried-and-true classic.
