Hello!
I purchased an Imago bag roughly 1.5 years ago and I'm now using it as my hardcore knitting / book bag until I can afford a Swift.
I have two questions:
1. One of the zippered end pockets is really, really stiff. I can barely unzip it and when I do, it takes an act of a god to zip it back up. Can you suggest anything to help the zipper loosen up or be easier to use?
2. I own all three sizes of the Cafe Bag and love the versatility of having a shoulder strap and a hand strap. Do you plan on offering the hand strap for the Imago? I ask because I carry more in it and the option to carry it that way is very appealing.
