    Horizontal Synapse

I love the 'honeycomb' style of the synapse. It looks like there is a place for everything I want to carry, elegant clean lines and not too big. As soon as I can decide on a color I'm ordering myself one... this despite the fact that I'm not really in a stage of life that is friendly to being a 'backpack guy'. What I would love to see is a horizontal synapse. Easy access to all the pockets, room for a water bottle, no flaps (I've never been a fan of the messenger bag for that reason), but in a style that I can take to work (briefcase-ish).

I tried to imagine the exact layout of the pockets (assuming the same types of pockets in the synapse) and can think of a few interesting possibilities... but have no doubt you could blow my socks off.

You could call it the Axon. Dendrite sounds too much like an Alien race, and Oligodendrocytes is just unwieldy.
