    Wow! Impressive video.

    A few questions about it:

1: Were you using the Eagle Creek Pack-It Garment Sleeve (Item EC-40462)?

2: How easy is it to unpack/get the wrinkles out of the suit once you get to the hotel?

3: What kind of wooden shoe trees were you using in that video?

4: Do you think you still had room for items in the Aeronaut's zip-flap over the main compartment? Could you have put your 3-1-1 Clear Organizer Cube in there?

I could not resist asking. Thanks for the informative video.

It's going to be a neat item to see what Tom has in store for the garment bag trade. I'm looking forward to it.
    hi ex,

dyneema would be a great fabric for a garment sleeve! i'd love to see something that can accommodate longer jackets.

i am sure tom will wow us with his design for a garment sleeve!

    hi flitcraft,

that's easy - just don't transit through doha!

no, if you have to fly into doha, that's another matter. but you'll have to find someone else to film that one.

I repaired, then I uninstalled and re-installed Quicktime. No luck. I googled my trouble and I'm not alone. It seems to be a problem with people who run XP. I think the latest XP update may be part of the problem. According to the stuff I googled, an older version of Quicktime works fine, the newer version is audio, no video for people using XP. I have tested my quicktime on Quicktime/Apple's test page and my stuff shows as all working fine.

I'm not a tech. This is about as much as I can do short of buying a new PC (or building one.) Why do they always make it so hard to keep stuff, and force you to upgrade? Greedy. I take solace in my durable, beautiful, timeless Tom Bihn bags. Now there's quality that will last!

    hi ex machina,

i don't know windows that well, but my initial guess would be to check which version of quicktime you have installed on your computer. it should play fine if you have the latest version of quicktime installed. you can download quicktime here.

    Video Troubles

I can only get the audio to play in either Firefox or IE. Any tips?

I have my order in for the Ultrasuede Shoulder Strap Wrap. I currently use a strapeez wrapped around the strap but inside the rubber pad on my Medium Cafe Bag to keep it from slipping around. It works great, but the side nubs are harsh on my hands particularly when my skin is dry. I will post a pic in a separate thread.

I would really like to see more on the Empire Builder as that is shaping up to be my next purchase. I'd really like to get that and a TriStar but i think I will have to wait until March for my TriStar.

So, when I ordered my Shoulder Strap I just had to get another Medium Clear Pouch so it wouldn't be lonely in the shipping box.

Anyone have any tips on viewing the video? I would really like to see it.
