    Vertical bag

I know exactly what I need, but no one seems to make it:

    1) Vertical design because I sometimes use it in crowded trade shows and such.

    2) Shoulder strap and comfortable top handle; backpack straps optional.

    3) The following pockets (back to front):
Rear pocket that can hold a couple of standard magazines
Cushioned pocket with separate zip to hold my IBM X40, a small laptop, safely. (Separate compartment needed for protection and also because passengers need to remove their computers from their bags at airport check-in.)
Thicker pocket that can hold an SLR camera and one or two lenses. This pocket should have a padded bottom. Additional pockets inside would be nice but not mandatory.
Smaller pocket with zipper to hold camera batteries, filters, pens, pills, etc.
Even smaller pocket to hold keys, airline ticket, passport.

    4) A flap for rainproofing.

    5) As little weight as possible -- I have a bad back and will already have a few pounds of gear and reading material.

    Hello,

The closest thing I can think of to what you're describing might be the Transcontinental by Trager which is available on our website. While it doesn't have a specific camera pocket, it is a vertically oriented bag with numerous carrying options (shoulder strap, padded handle, backpack straps that can be tucked away), and is a very spacious bag with lots of compartments for your various accessories. Unless you've found something else that fits your ideal bag description to a "T" you might want to check it out. We will keep your suggestions in mind as we continue to formulate, test and ultimately produce new products. Thanks for your valuable input.
