Email confirmation for order changes?

Just wonder if I should get an email confirmation after sending an email to add some items to my back order? Since I haven't heard back, can I assume email is received and just wait patiently for my box to arrive?

Our records indicate we received and replied to your email to [email protected] on the same day. The reply you received would have come from [email protected] - maybe it ended up in your spam filter? Hope this helps!

I did find the reply in my spam folder. Sorry
