    Absolute strap

    I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but here goes. I have one an absolute strap, and I think the padding is placed wrong. I always carry my shoulderbags on my back, and there's no way I can configure this strap to be on my shoulder when I have the bag on my back. It always gets placed over my chest, and frankly it don't do it's job there.

    I would have liked it placed more to one side, so you can place the bag on the back and still use the padding, or more strap "real estate" so I can place it where ever I want!

    except that, I'd love a model for camera use, or some small "adapters" so you can use the hooks and snap them to the camera...
    My Nikon DSLR has D-rings, that are shaped as a D, and it's not really optimised to snap hooks at..

    anyway, thanks for really good bags, straps and accessories! Love your bags and pouches!

    It sounds like the Q-AM strap may work better for you - it can be purchased with plastic snaphooks attached if you request that in the comments box during the checkout process.

      Yeah, maybe... but I like the neopren weight releaving flexibility in the absolute strap... :-)
      I'm currently not using the strap on a TB-bag, since I bought it for my medium cafe bag. I didn't read close enough that the strap is not replaceable.. :P

        Nvrmnd, you may have tried this, but perhaps if you reduce the amount of strap on the "backside" part of the strap and increase the amount on the "frontside" it'll work. I realize that may not work (I'm tall and plush, and there's only so much give in the strap length that will work for me).

        BTW, I got a 2nd Absolute strap and am using it as a replacement for my work-provided laptop case. Heavenly -- really.

          I have, there is not enough "strap-space" for to get the padding over the shoulder, atleast not for me.
