    Synapse and pick pockets

I've been visiting the Tom Bihn site for a while now and am worried I have half the store on my wishlist!

I really like the look and idea of a Synapse. Among other things it would see service on an upcoming trip as carry-on and for getting around sight seeing etc. My one concern is that although I love the functionality of the side pockets, it seems like they might be easy pickings for pick pockets.

Any thoughts or am I being overly paranoid?

You might like to take a read through the posts and pictures in the Locking Zippers thread discussion about the Synapse. There are also a few other threads about where to find O-rings.

Thanks for the link moriond, that's a great solution for the times I'm worried.
