I would like a slightly larger SideKick or other bag with a zipper. I can’t do the cafe bags without a zipper as it’s a recipe for losing things and not secure when travelling in a lot of places.
also I wish there where some simple. Loops on the side of the PopTote. I would take the waist attachment from my sidekick and clip it to PopTote. Then. Clip around the handle of my roller bag.

I know we're not likely to get it in Night Walk, but I'd like to see the Bummer in another 400d... so Original or New Black
The whole of life is just like watching a film. Only it’s as though you always get in ten minutes after the big picture has started, and no-one will tell you the plot, so you have to work it out all yourself from the clues.

I bought the vertical organizer cube in açaí since both ouch and color were new to me. I like the açaí color better in person than in the photos of it, and would love to purchase an açaí large shop bag and large zip-top shop bag.
Synapse 25 (black halcyon/uv) [my work EDC]
        Synapse 19 (black dyneema/iberian, black parapack/wasabi, steel dyneema/wasabi)
        Smart Alec (black dyneema/uv)
        Co-Pilot (black dyneema/wasabi)
        Small Cafe Bag (black dyneema/wasabi)
        Aeronaut 30 (aubergine/zest) | Aeronaut 45 (nordic halcyon/northwest sky)
PCSB (steel, island) | SE (black/wasabi, black dyneema/uv, burnt orange/uv) | TT (uv, zest, fjord)

I agree about liking açaí and wanting to get shop bags in this color. It was difficult to get a good impression of this color from the early photos – a lot of folks found it difficult to see how it was distinct from Moab – so I posted pictures of Açaí vs Moab, and also of the Vertical Cubelet (in Açaí and other colors like Moab and Taiga) when my order of vertical cubelets came in, Hope that people looking for pictures of Açaí, and also of the vertical cubelets find those pics useful.

I love my halcyon Shop Bags but my understanding from what TB said previously is that since those bags use so much actual fabric, they're wary about using halcyon whilst the supply constraints are happening.

Totally understand that, but hopefully as the supply issues resolve, we'll get back to some halcyon Shop Bags... there's no other bag that gives you that exterior halcyon look for regular use (the PCSB isn't quite the same) and it would be great to see Açai

Updated Brain Bag (which I thought they said they were going to do). Keep the boxy shape, large capacity, compression straps, grab handle. Swap the rain flaps for water resistant zippers (or at least make the flaps with ends that allow them to fold up and away). Add the new firm, breathable back panel like the Addax and pad the bottom so the bag stands on its own pretty well and protects devices and other contents. Simple drop-in laptop compartment like Paramour and others, but bigger. Dual large side water bottle pockets. Maybe make the front pockets more Synapse-y, for sure by putting the pen slots/pouches on the pocket flaps. Completely line the interior. Make the main-compartments divider removable/repositionable, or omit it so the bag can accommodate larger items in a single very large main compartment. Make full 1050d exterior an option (though I do like X-Pac...). [Help me out: why is 1050d going away?] Webbing loop on the top back to hang it from a hook when it's full. Call it the "Think Tank" and take my money.

ETA: Use the old-style straps or something else with more structure than the edgeless straps so they stay flat when the bag is heavily loaded.

Some quick comments: I’m not sure that 1050d Ballistic Nylon is “going away”, but if they are extending use of X-PAC for new bags, they may be thinking about making any modifications in an updated Brain Bag in that fabric. Reasons for originally bringing in the 525d Ballistic Nylon fabrics involved many factors. Bags like the Luminary needed a lighter weight fabric, but one that could still hold the shape of the curved front ( there’s a reason they weren’t able to use 400d Halcyon for that bag). The 525d Ballistic Nylon fabrics were made with Blue sign approved processes that minimized environmental impact during production compared to the processes used for 1050d Ballistic Nylon. My impression is that the dye-ability of 1050d Ballistic Nylon (and also of some of the Parapack Nylon) is more of an issue. (By that I mean the ability to easily produce consistent and uniform colors in the production process – there were fairly large color differences in the resulting shade of Forest 1050d Ballistic Nylon in different batches, and also in Steel 1050d Ballistic in how much of a greenish tinge was present). Just a few impressions based on the experience reported in the forums over the years and based on comments from the TB folks. But these are just my thoughts. (YMMV= Your mileage may vary (your experience and conclusions may differ from mine)

I’d like a Bummer in original halcyon. Ideally with an interior of some of the left over Iberian…or maybe zest, or Solaris

I just hope there is another run of Little Swifts, preferably in some shade of turquoise, teal, or green. The aubergine is quite nice too.

I know they made a limited number of Synik 30 bags in Xpac (which sold out quickly), but do you have some additional visibility on other Xpac bags in production?

Currently the only 2 bags made from Xpac that are listed on the website are the Addax backpacks.
I own a LOT of Tom Bihn bags, but here are the ones I'm using right now:
