Just came along to say I'm new to TB and I'm so happy with my TB purchases so far and TB as a company over all. It probably has to do with how small they are. I buy a lot of bags...it's a sick addiction actually lol. So I have experience with various bag companies big and small.
I just got a Cambiata after eyeing it for almost a year. I thought it would be a great diaper bag in addition to a regular backpack/totepack but what held me back was not being able to hook it onto my stroller. Well to my surprise, it comes with these "d-ring adapters" which means not only can I swap out the strap for one from a different bag, but I can hook it onto my existing stroller hooks. I'm unreasonably elated by this.
Another thing is years ago I bought my husband a co-pilot for his birthday and I mentioned it to them before the order shipped and they included a ghost whale pouch as a bonus!
By constrast the other day I emailed a large travel bag company and asked what the capacity of one of their backpacks was. They told me it was 11 litres, which I knew visually was way off. I asked them to check again and then they told me something way different, and then a third time they told me 18 litres which I think is correct. But man how do you not know your own bags? lol
