    Upcoming 1050D Ballistic Nylon Colors

Umm... color(s)? So it might be only one, or maybe more...? If more, will they be revealed at the same time, or separately? Just anxiously looking forward to them...

I'd like to see some more speculations, fantasies, discussions, etc. about what this new color(s) will turn out to be... 8)

No more hints! You'll just have to wait and see. As you know, we're really picky about colors: the only reason they haven't debuted already is that we rejected the dye submits more than a few times -- until we saw the colors as they were meant to be, as we envisioned them. It means we'll all have to wait a little longer, but that wait will be worth it.
Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)

      Green!

It can be sage, olive, conifer, hunter, pine, whatever...green would make me very happy.

Then perhaps something in the pink-plum-violet spectrum.

I'm happy to wait, but these would be my wishes.

We're going to weasel more hints out of you. There are many of us, working all day long on how to get sneak peeks of what's coming. You simply won't be able to hold back against such a coordinated, focused, and relentless attack. >

          Mine too!
I really like more magenta, red-purple shades of the purple spectrum. Like the Ultraviolet Dyneema!
          I'd welcome a dark/burnt orange too - but not too dark/manly.

...Our collective anxiousness can't be held back! haha

I have a new Aeronaut but I might have to buy my husband one if they are made in cocoa.

I'm more a fan of the blue end of the purple spectrum. And I like good strong blues and greens.

I'm a big fan of TB bags and its customer service, but the secrecy with respect to the new colors seems unnecessary to me. What's the point exactly? It would be nice if TB would let its customers know what the new colors will be to enable us to make informed buying decisions. Especially for items that no longer are available in the discontinued colors.

I haven't been a member of this forum for very long, but from what I gather, the TB folks are walking a thin line regarding announcements. On the one hand, while it might be fun and generate interest to announce colors as they are being selected, they don't actually make the fabrics. We'd probably be disappointed if they told us a great new blue was coming, then had to renege later and tell us it wouldn't be available after all.

Here's a recent example: I think they did a really good job of timing the announcement for Ultraviolet. We didn't get notification until the fabric was ready and pre-orders were being taken. I still have to wait months to get all my Ultraviolet goodies, but I have plenty of time to plan, scheme, prepare, dream, drool, etc...all the while knowing that I will indeed receive some Ultraviolet items in the mail (hopefully soon!). I think I would have cried real tears if Ultraviolet was paraded about and then shelved because of manufacturing difficulties.

I do get your frustration, too. I don't know whether to "settle" for a Cafe Bag in one of the available colors or wait a little longer for new options. I did email Customer Support regarding color choices for the Co-Pilot recently. The next day I got a reply saying that no new color combinations were in the works, but the very day after that there was an announcement saying that Steel/Ultraviolet was available for pre-order. I know I timed my question at just the right moment to get a no and then a yes immediately after. But Steel/Ultraviolet was the combo I was hoping for, so it's all good in the end.
