    Introducing the Cadet laptop briefcase

It will be ready for debut sometime in the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)

Current carry: testing new potential materials in the form of Original Large Shop Bags.

Darcy, I cannot quite decide if I love or loathe this kind of teasing!

Ok..I like it...but at least dribble out another couple of little details or I am going to go into wild speculation mode and probably sprain my cortex.

You wouldn't want that on your conscience would you?

Now I wonder - do I wait to place my next order...just in case?

Can you at least tell us if it's a horizontal or vertical orientation? I'd love it see a Ristretto type bag for my 15" MaBook Pro. I need a new daily bag, but the ID seems too big and the Image, which I love, is too small for those occasions when I need to take my MacBook along. Here's hoping that maybe there's been unseen forces keeping me from making a decision and firing off an order!

            or diagonal?

actually, what if it was round?

Diagonal could be cool for slinging across your back. Round might make some neat hidey-holes for cables. Like you're thinking outside the box!

I'm looking forward to this-- my next compy might be a 15" MBP-- this might help me make the decision! (You know you're a Tom Bihn fan if the bags influence your choice of computer.)
Current carry: Super Ego, various pouches, I/O (when shooting). Incorporating the FIELD JOURNAL!!!! Next up on wishlist: S25 and SE (June 2016)

I highly recommend the 15" MBP . Plus, it gives you an excuse to buy the new bag!

not saying that it exists, but if it did, would this bag nicely accommodate a 15" macbook air?

I'm not sure but most likely, if it exists. And if it does, I may need a new computer on top of buying a new bag ...

i'd like to see the 15" and 17" turn into macbook air's - most people need an optical drive less and less. i've been using a macbook air since the 11" was first introduced (now using a 13"), and haven't missed the optical drive.

Horizontal. A vertical bag for the 15" MacBook Pro would be so tall, it might look/feel awkward to carry for anyone who isn't super tall themselves.

Yep, I had a 13 inch air briefly and I loved it but I needed more than just USB interfacing...if I could have held out for the thunderbolt versions I would have one of those rather than a MBP Pro...
