        I'm not disagreeing with you.

        But.

The point of Suddenly SALAD is not its status as a "food," but rather its essential absurdity; and, thus, its suitability as the target of much derisive merriment, and the subject of a long-running joke that Katy was awesome enough to a) appreciate, and b) capitalize on with her typical generosity and enthusiasm. I mean, who ships a box of Suddenly SALAD half-way across the country as a "special" surprise? That's right. Katy.

That's because you are able to visit me in person and I can just hand you boxes of Suddenly Salad . Though, knowing your better half, if they were not aware of the joke I feel like the Suddenly Salad box would quickly be evicted from your house.

I'am not disagreeing with you either.

This is indeed one of the greatest jokes.

I suspect Tom would have to keep his wits about himself if ever Katy*, Badger and I decide to "play jesters"' at his expense.

              I am giggling already.

*Katy, Crew and doggies participation could be denied pointing at the beverages and yummy food treats "bribes" used to bring them on board.

On a sightseeing trip through the French Quarter, I acquired the following in my Brain Bag throughout the course of the day:

                  - 4 1.25 LB cans of Cafe Du Monde Coffee and Chicory
                  - 2 Cafe Du Monde ceramic coffee mugs (used to drink said coffee)
                  - 1 car magnet replica of the City of New Orleans manhole covers
                  - 2 Hurricane glasses from Pat O'briens (yeah, it's a tourist trap...)
                  - 3 bottles of Tabasco hot sauce (from the store in the Quarter)
                  - 1 "Jambalaya Crawdad" Christmas ornament
                  - 1 "Brother Zombie" voodoo shop t-shirt
                  - 2 lucky gris-gris dolls
                  - And finally... 2 12" statuettes of Santa Claus playing the sax at the corner of bourbon street

My back nearly gave out that day, but my brain bag did not! Luckily, there was plenty of bourbon and Abita beer to ease the pain.

If you could load all of that back up in your bag and send it to me, I'd greatly appreciate it! This sounds like the best yet!

At first I read 2.12 statuettes and thought: "Well, that's a weird amount of statuettes to purchase."

@maverick, I think you win the contest for having carried the most out of the ordinary, but also the saddest, item in your Tom Bihn bag. I hope your prize is never having to do it again after your duty to your brother is concluded.

You could mix the pork rinds into the Suddenly SALAD, per the "Stir-In Ideas" found on the side of the box.

                                Actual iMessage discussion:

Kiddo: There are "recipe" ideas on the side.
Badger: I can see how adding cauliflower would be a really bad idea.
Kiddo: Cauliflower is nasty. Maybe Suddenly Salad would make it suddenly edible!
                                . . .
Badger: Cauliflower is good if you roast it in the oven.
Kiddo: No. I don't like it at all.
Badger: Surprise, surprise. Kiddo hates things found in nature.

Personally, I'd want Vienna sausages as my TB freebie.
