What size Cafe Bag for Surface Pro 3?

Anyone know what the SMALLEST Cafe bag size is that will fit a Surface Pro 3? Looks like the large is big enough but I'm wondering if the medium will work.

I'll occasionally carry my laptop (a 13.3" Toshiba Portege) in my MCB. At 12.5" x 9", it's a tad taller than the bag but still buckles. You should be good with the MCB :-)
