you know, i've seen someone lock themselves in the bathroom.

if we had a macbook air back then, things would have happened differently. the world would be a different place today. if we had a macbook air back then, we could have slid it under the door and allowed the person trapped inside to be entertained while we figured out how to get the door open.

or we could even have done a video chat with the poor fellow using the built in isight camera in order to demonstrate how they might be able to get the lock to operate.

    sorry - i couldn't resist...

Heck it happened to one of my staff this week! We had a Board meeting at a fancy-schmantzy downtown law firm. Apparently the Board member who works at the law firm knew you needed a security card to get into the washroom, but not that you needed it to get OUT! So while we were waiting for my staff guy to get back to the meeting, we started joking that maybe he'd locked himself in...and then my cell phone rang. The reception was horrible, so the call kinda went like this: ...bathroom (garble garble) key (garble garble) eat soap (garble garble garble)
