Very timely, with our recent heat wave in Seattle. I've now tried several of them--the carrot, sunflower seed and blueberry salad is particularly good.

Good to know! I'm, of course, first attracted to the salad that involves miniature grilled-cheese sandwiches as croutons. It's fun to read his recipes.
