just came across this - it's called switch - it's a modular multi-tool, allowing you to organize and carry just the tools you need.
i'd probably be too hopeful to think that you could leave the knife and other sharp objects at home and be able to carry your multi-tool in your carry-on bags - not sure how tsa would view a screw driver and other less sharp objects in a multi-tool.
