I'm all for jumping up to thank these folks like we're doing the wave at a stadium.
Agreed.
They're all as kind as they are helpful, and most other companies are lucky if they can be one of those two things, much less both, at the same time.
I will add their customer service has been as much a reason for my return business as the quality of their products.
Mike, Kat, Matthew and Cody all have individually been nothing but a pleasure to speak with in the years I've been buying bags from the company.
