    Customer service contact

    Hi,

    I'm trying to contact customer service about a missing order, but my emails to [email protected] and [email protected] went unanswered. I also tried DM on Instagram to no avail. Would anyone have any other suggestions?

    Not sure how much time you are allowing between sending the email and expecting a response. They work Pacific Time from 6:30- 3:00, so if you sent your message this morning, they are probably just seeing it now. If they perhaps have an intermittent issue with their internet/mail server, you can also call them. https://www.tombihn.com/pages/contact-us
    Getting to the point with too many bags to list them all. Current daily carry is my Black Halcyon Zeitgeist with a Cobalt Cerylon 3DOC as my "purse"/

      Agree with sturbridge - small company, M-F West Coast hours, give them a call if you don't hear back

        I find the contact them - "email" at the bottom left corner of the page works.
