Ok, I will bite. Here is what I carry all the time on my person (Plus we will see if I have learned how to upload a picture).

Top row (L to R) My smart phone, corporate smart phone, pedometer, pen and wallet. Pen is carried in wallet.
Bottom row: Nite Ize carabiner/bottle opener with a couple hair bands, Car key; Key ring with house key, grocery rebate cards, library card and flash drive; challenge coin.

I used to carry a pocket knife every day, but it has become frowned upon post 9/11.

So, starting from the bottom left: Timex weekender, iPhone 4, Benchmade MiniGrip with G11 Wilkins scales (FANCY), 4sevens Preon1, Pilot G2 (0.38 because I'm fancy like that), Field Notes book.

From the bottom on the right: work blackberry (ugh), S-biner with keys, mini pry-bar and a bottle opener, hankie, cash, and a Chester Mox wallet in horse front leather.

A db clay wallet, which I carry in my right back pocket; my keys, which I carry in my left front pocket. I also carry an iPhone in my right front pocket; it's not in the pic because (as we know) I used it to take this stylish photo.

It is good to know I am not the only one who carries two phones, understands the value of a bottle opener and appreciates knives!

Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)

Current carry: testing new potential materials in the form of Original Large Shop Bags.

I rotate my knives, usually. It's either that one, or the Spyderco Leafstorm (as seen in the product shots for some of the Bihn bags) OR the Spyderco CF Sage. (Hard to choose!) Plus a bottle opener makes you extremely popular with people at parties!

Thanks! It's a nickname I picked up when I worked in kitchens. Too many fans of the Reverend Horton Heat, I guess.

I never carry anything in my pants pockets. My things end up in my Tom Bihn pockets. Can I still play?

For some reason I'm not surprised.

My uniforms come with 12 pockets plus 3 pen slots. With that many pockets you really don't need a bag :-)

I came down for breakfast at my grandparents' home a number of years ago and there was this little pile of "stuff" by one of the placemats. "Nanny? What is that?" "Oh. Those are your grandfather's pocket-belongings." It was good to know I came by it honestly.

In my pockets... For years and years I have always carried a smallish, smooth heavy stone--most recently one from the garden of the house where I lived in Indonesia, but the stone changes--another favorite is one I found in Chile...that one, and the one from a beach in Rome travel in my FOT pouch in my bag. Also in pocket, school keycard, pen--of late a Uni Jetstream .5 blue, Rhodia #12 Dot grid pad, and Carmex. And, when school is in session, by the end of the day, I inevitably have someone's barrette, a hair tie, a little figure....the results of "Here, I will hold that so it isn't a distraction for you because I have already asked you to put it away..."

                              Same here.

I use Mini, Small and the occasional Medium Pouch as my pockets.
