Packing Business Suits & Dress Shirts in Aeronaut 45

Any suggestions on the best way to pack 2 business suits and 3 or 4 dress shirts in an Aeronaut 45, such that they arrive unwrinkled?

Also, same question about packing a long overcoat or trench coat?

I'm not an expert, but I can tell you what people here told me when I was trying to figure out my Western Flyer.

4) people swear by eagle creek garment folders. They'll take pants and shirts.

3) search YouTube for "How to pack a suit." There are variations. Several videos were useful. Like the EC, you get a flat package good for the A45.

Now stuff you may not love, but that was the advice that kept me sane.

2) Redefine "unwrinkled." I now touch up shirts with a hotel iron. A few minutes worth having one bag.

1) Wear one of the jackets. I wear the jacket on the plane or train, and it arrives fine.

I travel often and use button downs, so this always keeps it wrinkle free.

Another more expensive way is to invest in wrinkle free shirts like wool and prince

I just travelled with my trenchcoat packed in an A45. First I removed the belt and packed it separately. I buttoned the coat, not all the way, just as I normally would wear it. Then I used the bundle packing method, wrapping it around a stack of conventionally-folded t-shirts and jeans. The edges arrived crumpled, but that was my fault for running late and just shoving the bundle into the bag!

No, I hadn't found the previous link about packing a business suit. Thanks! In that link, a TB video showed using an Eagle Creek garment sleeve, and mentioned that TB was in the process of developing a garment sleeve of its own... Did that ever become a product? Maybe I missed it, but I don't see it on the website.

Due to my 6'-3" height, I have never been able to bundle pack without wrinkles. I have no trouble getting my petite 5'-4" wife's clothes to wrap cleanly in a bundle. Presumable if my bag were large enough, it would work.

Good point imperator, I should have added that caveat! I too am 5' 4", so my bundle is quite compact, and when I take care to arrange it properly in the bag I can generally avoid wrinkles.
