A short time ago, I read about the idea of an emotional bug-out bag, so if the stress of everyday life gets overwhelming I can grab the bag and do something for myself for a while.
Of course this is not always possible, but I really like the idea.
I proudly present: my emotional bug-out bag. It's the Daylight Backpack in a beautiful french-blue filled with pencils and crayons for drawing, a field journal notebook, Fotos that make me happy, healthy snacks I love, a teddy and a postcard from Thombihn that I got together with a wonderful solar pouch, because I had a bad day. Love it.

Maybe it's because the alternative is usually to binge watch Netflix and stuff chocolate in my face, which is not that effective in the end.
