The contents of my Super Ego are:
1 - Lenovo T61P in a size 2S Brain Cell
1 - extra laptop battery
1 - Black Snake Charmer with power cord for laptop, car charger for laptop, 1 IBM mini mouse
1 - Wasabi Snake Charmer with 3 CAT5E cables, 1 Crossover cable, 1 Netgear 5 port switch
1 - small pouch (cork fabric) with a Verizon wireless card
1 - mini pouch (hunter green) with business cards
1 - 2 USB flash drives (2GB and 8GB)
1 - Leatherman multitool (Wave style)
1 - Leatherman Monarch LED tactical flashlight (148 Lumen)
1 - CD case that holds 20 CD (currently full).
1 - medium pouch with 1 80GB 2.5" HDD and USB / SATA connector and external enclosure
3 - pens
1 - Canon powershot camera
1 - precision reversible screw driver for small screws
1 - travel toothbrush
1 - travel toothpaste
1 - comb
1 - RIM BlackBerry
1 - Plantronics Discovery Bluetooth earpiece
I still have plenty of room in the main compartment. It's heavy as sin. But all of my kit bags have been heavy. The Super Ego just holds everything so well. It never looks over loaded, and is so neat with the extra pouches and charmers.
I was actually thinking of attempting a retrofit for an absolute strap. I may just have to try that to save my back
