- Samsung NC10 (10" netbook) in slip cover case
- Small organizer pouch with wireless mouse and receiver
- Mini organizer pouch with misc. pills
- Mini organizer pouch wallet
- Bottle of Walgreens hand wipes
- Small hand lotion
- Small organizer pouch of "feminine hygiene products"
- Numerous odds and ends that get thrown in because there's plenty of room still

This is what I carried in my medium cafe bag for my recent Canada trip:

HTC Mogul phone (love this phone-- two years old and still going strong!)
Canon Digital Elph 800 (used to take the picture)
3 pens
Moleskine cahier notebook (normally, I carry a hard one, but I was lightening up)
Wet wipes
Inhaler
Change purse holding iPod Nano, headphones, and USB thumb drive
Medium organizer bag holding comb, hair ties, nail files
TB wallet (credit cards, library card, driver's license, US money, Canadian money)
Orienteering compass (which also doubles as compact mirror)
L'Occitane hand cream
lip gloss
red guardian light for safety
mini umbrella
.6 L Sigg bottle (usually I carry a full liter bottle, but this worked really well)
tissues
spork
Lara bar
prescription sunglasses
gum
car key
Eagle Creek passport pouch

For flying, I also had a copy of "The Pirates! in an Adventure with the Scientists."

do you use your red guardian light on the outside of your bag so others can see you?

Thanks! This bag can hold a lot! Today, I left out the umbrella and added in my new ASUS EEE 900 netbook.

I clip the Guardian light to one of the rings inside and just flip it out when I'm walking at night so people can see me. I have a white Guardian coming in my next order. Yay!

Contents for a 4 hour flight with my 18 month old

I posted a picture in the pictures/video section of the stuff I fit in my bag. Here's the list:

Large Sippy Cup
One single subject notebook (80 sheets, spiralbound)
One approx 11 in x 6 in board book
Two approx 6 in x 6 in board books
One quart ziploc with three diapers and several papertowels (for wipes)
One quart ziploc with a change of clothes (for baby, not me)
One 4 oz container with small toys
Sandwich baggie with pretzels
Small box of raisins
4 oz container of baby food
Small bottle of hand sanitizer (maybe 1 oz)

I also had a box of crayons and a PB&Honey sandwich in the bag, but they didn't make it into the picture:

And there are several plastic bags (for diapers or trash), and a few lollipops (bribes) are in the front zippered pocket
