I also like the fact that I can use these cubes either to keep damp items separate (if you use your Duffel for swimming, for example), or to protect items from the rain (in most cases I'll be using a bag that does that, but I can stash a Field Journal Notebook and/or an original size iPad in its cache inside a Medium Yeoman Duffel Packing Cube to rain-proof them -- though my personal guess is that parents will want this size for carrying separate diaper products that are bulky but light weight).
These are the sizes from Mini (Carbon) to Small (Wasabi) to Medium (Violet) to Large (Carbon). They're roughly lined up along their back edges:
The next picture is just a comparison of the Small and Large Yeoman Duffel Aether Packing Cubes. Except for the cube at the far left, which is the large packing cube for the Aeronaut 30, all the packing cubes are either Small Yeoman Duffel (Wasabi or Carbon upright at the right; Violet flat on the ground in front) or Large Yeoman Duffel (Carbon upright on the right; Violet open and flat).
To get a sense of size, the Large Violet Yeoman Packing Cube is holding a 13" Retina MacBook Pro, that basically nearly fills its length on one side.
It's hard to keep the sides up on a cube this deep, so this is what it looks like with a book sitting on top of the 13" Mac Laptop:
That's a large organizer pouch in Steel Parapack in front of the Large Yeoman Duffel Packing Cube.
The Large Packing Cube for the Aeronaut 30 is the closest I have to it in size -- but it is not as tall. A Large Packing Cube for the Aeronaut 45 would be closer to the cross-section size, but I only have these in Halcyon.
