I recently bought The Buzz and just came back from a trip with it. I carried my 12" PowerBook, my iPod, my digital camera (Canon S50), my cell phone, a couple magazines and a water bottle.
It all fit and was pretty comfortable to carry. The laptop was easy to remove for airport security. The phone holder on the strap is very handy.
It's pretty easy to slide the carrying compartment forward without removing the bag and this is handy for getting to something in the bag quickly.
The zippers are very sturdy and seem to be rubberized to protect the contents from the elements as much as possible. There is a handle on the top that came in handy for grabbing the bag when it was under the seat in front of me on the plane.
I've never before used a sling bag so I've had to practice putting it on fully loaded so I can do it quickly. But it wasn't hard to learn. The bag did get heavy fully loaded and took some effort to buckle. Once buckled it's very easy to tighten the strap as much as you like.
The bag reeks quality, is a great traveling companion and is very thoughtfully designed for the early 21st Century. It's a bargain when you see all the bag offers and I know of no other bag that offers what the Buzz offers. The bag is also fun. I found it great to have my hands free yet my stuff readily accessible to me. There are even straps to tighten the water bottle holder. Tom Bihn really thought of everything I could wish for. It's clear he put a lot of thought into the design of the bag.
Highly recommended.
