                  hi TXGirl!

the synapse is an amazing backpack. deceptively small, it can accommodate a number of items and still looks great when it is not packed!

i carried a field journal notebook, snacks, a water bottle, a board game, coloring pencils, a puzzle, and more in that backpack during that trip. i was even able to stuff my jacket and my son's jacket in there as the day warmed up!

As great as Maverick's picture's are, they don't do the indigo color of the Synapse justice. I've had mine for a couple of months and love it. The color almost glows. I haven't seen a picture that really shows it off. Now i'm anxiously awaiting a Tristar in steel and solar.

indeed, it is hard to capture the beauty of the fabrics that tom bihn uses. the sheen, the iridescence, the brilliance is something that you have to see in person to really appreciate!

I second that. Even Dyneema has iridescence!
