    Synapse visits Commonground Fair

    Hi All,
I went to Unity Maine today to attend the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners (MOFGA) Commonground Fair. Its a wonderful way to spend the day. The fair is all about organic farming and sustainable living. The farmers market at the fair has expanded a lot over the last few years. I brought home lots of fresh veggies and my favorite soap.

I did take some photos of my Synapse's visit to the fair but its hopeless for me to try to put them up. I've once again imposed on Katy's kindness to do that for me. I hope she'll have time in the next few days to get them up.

    Take care,
    Moose

Moose I don't know how I missed those beautiful pictures of the UV Synapse!

They are really showing the true UV color and the scale of the Synapse perfectly!

The Purple veggies, ( eggplants?) match the UV color of the Synapse so well, it's uncanny.

Moose, what is the cute purple thing on the side of you bag?

Backpack, thank you for the kind words. Yes, those are eggplants. That little bag on the zipper pull is a flowered coin purse I picked up at a craft fair earlier in the summer. Its amazing how well it matches. You might also notice that in the photo in front of the straw horse there's a black zippered wallet bag on one of the backpack straps. Its a Shag bag by Timbuk2. Wonderful little gadget. There is also a wrap around "cushion" with non slip material on it. It helps cushion my shoulder when I overload my Synapse. It also helps it stay where I put it. Where I live there are several craft shows, festivals, gatherings every weekend. We have a very short window of opportunity before winter arrives again and we take full advantage of every moment.

dorayme, oh my yes, Commonground is a wonderful event. Its grown so much over the years, its amazing. I absolutely love it.
