I do not generally like peas, but these were amazing! They were peas with mint mixed in served cold, and they were an incredibly bright and refreshing balance to the lightly battered fish. I am not sure how the ones I tried were prepared, but there are tons of recipes on the internet if you search for "minted peas." I just tried minted peas yesterday as part of the St Patrick's Day celebrations. They were tasty. It goes great as a side next to corned beef or lamb. I might have to make it the next time I cook halibut. Thanks for the tip! elisaComment
