Not much counter space in the bathroom of my Boston hotel. No problem with the SSC and a small towel hook by the sink.

You know it's bad when you set up a rack to store some of your TB gear.

Don't worry, there's more colorful gear inside the boxes. ;)

I do not generally like peas, but these were amazing! They were peas with mint mixed in served cold, and they were an incredibly bright and refreshing balance to the lightly battered fish. I am not sure how the ones I tried were prepared, but there are tons of recipes on the internet if you search for "minted peas." Here's one: English Peas with Mint recipe | Epicurious.com

Hmmm. Thanks for the recipe link. I like mint in my tea and pho. I just cannot imagine having it with peas. Will have to try.

                    Greetings,
I just tried minted peas yesterday as part of the St Patrick's Day celebrations. They were tasty. It goes great as a side next to corned beef or lamb. I might have to make it the next time I cook halibut. Thanks for the tip! elisa

There are some tasty fish and chips in Seattle, so I have to ask: what restaurant?

Nosh food truck. Downtown on Fridays, I think, and at the Fremont Farmers market on Sundays. I am not sure of the rest of their schedule.

                            That's a great use of the o-rings.

Navy/Wasabi. One of the greatest color combos of all, IMO.
