Just got a DLBC in Cloud and added Wasabi zipper pulls for an interesting contrast. I was skeptical of Cloud, as it always looks more white than gray to me on the website, but it looks fantastic in person! It's my new work/laptop bag to take some of the load off my overloaded Luminary 15 that I use as my everyday carry.

Tom Bihn Chain Mail!
Received the Double Swivel Carabiners and Solaris 3DOC yesterday. Solaris is such a happy color. And the Carabiners will come in handy for so many things.

And there was room still for my hat and gloves rolled up.
KmK can you tell me more about your organization?
Do all the A5 items fit in the central compartment?

Hi All,
My GE Synik 22 in Ursa showed up a day early. This is just a quick snapshot that doesn't do justice to the original colors, but what really struck me was how beautifully Coyote Mesh went with the color of Ursa in this bag. I also like the Logic Blue against Ursa (HLT 1 to the side; my Logic Blue Icon did not pose in this picture). The accessory in the open bottom zippered pocket is the (now retired) Skookum Dog 3D Mesh Cube (I'll include the picture from the product page incase the main page link I've used goes away -- so far, the entry hasn't disappeared from my wish list, and I can still use the link there to find the original product page):
Here's my picture, with a couple of Coyote Mesh Ghost Whale Organizer Pouches, along with a Logic Blue HLT1, in the shot:
Hope someone else posts a better photo of Ursa -- it's like a cross between dark chocolate and taupe.

How would you compare the volume of the Icon with TB other zippered shoulder bags like the Packing Cube Shoulder Bag or the Daylight Briefcase? Even a SBC size and volume comparison would be really useful.
While I use the FJN for journaling during the year, I need to move its content when it is full, usually at the 6 month mark or later and certainly at the end of the year.
Some years, the volume amounts to a really big paperback, much too thick to fit into my previous setup of a folded Large OP. TB small shoulder bags to the rescue, it seems.

#throwbackthursday to what seems like the distant past, but was really only a week or two ago: the good old pre-coronoavirus days when we could hang out at a coffeeshop.
Just posting because I had a "Wow, I love my Nordic Halcyon Co-Pilot" moment.
While a bit sad to see this beautiful fabric being phased out, knowing that it is going away just makes me appreciate my CP a little more.
