We have that one, the REI Flexlite Chair, and enjoy using it for our outings :) it fits nicely in the lower compartment of the A45 PCBP and we still have space inside for snacks and drinks.

Mum (Daylight Backpack Black Cordura) and me (Aeronaut 45 Black Ballistic Nylon) at Hong Kong airport. We're also carrying (in front of us so not visible in the photo) a Side Effect and Ristretto.

Little Swift on an outing in the SF Bay Area - its Navy is well complemented I think.

Well, they've got me over a barrel since I work there. 😉

A different sort of bag shot... Took it originally to highlight the difference between yesterday's reenactment of Noah's Ark and today's glorious sunshine.

Then I noticed the mini organizer dangling from the key strap.

Thought it was cool, and thought I'd share.

                      TB to CO

A few belated pictures from our spring break trip to CO. Lots of TB came with us, of course! I even got DH to carry one... he needed a bigger backpack for a carry-on, so I handed him my vintage Cardinal SA without comment. (He likes to tease me about my TB collection.) He started packing it, then noticed it was TB, then realized how well-organized it was - "oh, and it has these nice handy pockets!" I may convert him yet. ;p

                      En route to the slopes

At the airport - L-R: my Maker's Bag; S19 behind it; small Shop Bag; and old-skool Smart Alec

Action shot - DH and DS boarding the plane (DS is 8yo, he's about 45# and 48", carrying the S19, and DH has the SA)

ETA: He's going on a work trip this week and just asked me for "that red backpack, in case I want to buy a few things". Haha!! #TBconvert

I took advantage of the sunshine for my first spring kayaking outing. My new fjord large shop bag corralled my kayak essentials like a lifejacket, water bottle, and drybag containing my new sitka pouch with ID and $ and first aid kit/snacks, etc.

A fold-up kayak! Where can I find out more about this?

They also sell Oru kayaks at REI. I did not have room to store nor could I lift a regular kayak easily, so I got this as an alternative. It weighs 26 lbs and folds up fairly small.

I must mention this folding kayak to my friend who's really into kayaking to see if she knows about it! She has, I think, a sea kayak and some sort of contraption on her car roof so that she can push the kayak up, and fix it there, by herself plus a set of wheels to move the kayak once it's off the car. I was telling her about the Yeoman Duffle yesterday (but she has something else already); and showed her the picture from the TB website (the history section) of Tom's bagless backpack holding his kayak.
