Ok - that is gorgeous but my heart was pounding when you had it on the railing of the deck!

Did you have it on back order? How did it get to you early? Thanks for posting photos!

I ordered it the instant Darcy said "go". I opened the box with some trepidation since it is still listed as backorder on the product page, but there it was nestled in with some tri-star packing cubes. Couldn't be more gorgeous! I strategically ordered all the new Nordic offerings in separate orders based on their original backorder dates....PCSB and PCBP still to come :-)

I didn't realize how beautiful Nordic dyneema is! I was thinking of buying an Aeronaut (or mini Aeronaut) in Aubergine, but now I'm considering Nordic. Decisions, decisions...

Good job on the photos, it is hard to capture how rich/vibrant the Nordic fabric is. Most of the photos I have seen look a bit flat and don't do it justice!

On another note, how hard is it to get the travel tray in 400d to seal tightly? Does it require some finessing to get the drawstring closure small enough so something around the size of a dime wouldn't escape?

Now that is planning ahead! I can't wait to get mine and the PCSB and SE! Great pictures!

This is my *cough cough* 5th travel tray and I use all of them as pictured, like an open bowl. I just tried closing one and there was an opening between a nickel and a quarter with the drawstring pulled. So, I think keeping a dime inside might be a tall order if you were to flip it over, depending on what else is inside potentially anchoring it in.

In another post, there is a conversation going about color coding. I acquired the TTs in this order for the following purposes: Steel (entry way misc), Wasabi (kitchen misc), Ultraviolet (office desk misc), Iberian (napkin holder inside glove compartment in car... this is super handy FYI), and NORDIC (coveted spot on nightstand). I have also re-purposed the Wasabi tray for travel. The TT, regardless of color, is a must for keeping everything that you're likely to accidentally leave behind in one spot when you're on the road.

Very nice! I just gave my DH a TT in iberian for his birthday, as he's on the road fairly frequently and also rather forgetful. He has a few trips around the country coming up, so we'll see how he gets on - he doesn't own any other TB stuff, and is probably somewhat bemused by my growing addiction!
                  Collections:
                  Work EDC: SE + S19
Leisure: SCBs, FJN, Swift, lots of YSSs
Travel: WF + Pilot or SA, with SE/SCB
General organisation: More pouches, stuff sacks and cubes than you can shake a keystrap at!
Favourite TB colours: aubergine, forest (sniff!), linen, wasabi, UV
Hoping for: A new dyneema colour for YSSs; a Linen Side Effect; the return of Portable Culture!

Just got my nordic TT! It does not seem to easily close up as tightly as the 200 dyneema. Not an issue for me, as I usually use them open, and take everything out and pack flat for travel.

Very nice! I just received my nordic and black packing cube shoulder bags. I like the thicker fabric and these particular colors. Despite the slight increase in weight, I think they will make good packing cubes as well as day bags. I will post photos at some point.

T minus 1 week until the Nordic PCBP!

Hooray surprise shipping notice! I'm down to just 1 backorder now (the elusive Iberian Shop Bag). That is, until the 30 hits :-)
