    Super Ego on EuroTour

    Amsterdam Airport
I just finished shooting for 2.5 weeks in Italy. Our sponsors were: LäraBar, 511 tactical, Prana, Maxpedition and Credit Suisse.
As always, My Super Ego carried the gadgets, camera and travel docs and when permissible, liquid refreshments. No matter how heavy the bag actually got- it was always easy to carry.

Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)

Current carry: testing new potential materials in the form of Original Large Shop Bags.

I just noticed my HUGE paunch! Ugh! I guess I should have Photoshopped it down! Anyway, It's all but gone now. How embarrasing! Thanks for the nice comments though!

News Flash. I just bought a fantastic new Camcorder, the Canon HV20. After a long deliberation process I've decided that it will live and travel in the Super Ego, leaving my numerous other bags free for other gear and travel stuff. I will be sub-stashing the camera and Mic + Light in padded inner 'coffins'. I'm guessing that once I buy the new MacBook Pro in the fall, I'll have stashed my entire ENG camera kit and portable editing suit into the Super Ego ! My ID bag will have to tag along as the 'personal' luggage.

Update. The HV20 'rig' has grown a lot since the last post about it here. No way it will work in the Super Ego. It lives in a big Tamrac Camera bag. Super ego now hosts a 17" Powerbook G4. ID Bag is wondering when it will get a 15" MacBook Pro. Such a rough life my luggage must endure ;)

Update and thought closer- HV20 rig is now permanently at home in a Petrol Bag. Lesson Learned. Use the bag made for the equipment. Cross-dressing doesn't always work!
